PEACH BASIL BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Sweet yet herbal… very versatile. Try by using in lemonade or on top of vanilla ice cream… or fruit sorbet. Also a delicious marinade for grilled chicken.

Recipe: Grilled peaches wrapped in prosciutto on a plate with cannels of mascarpone cheese, fresh basil from the garden topped with toasted macadamia nuts. Drizzle all of this with the White Peach Basil Balsamic. Serve with a dry rose wine.
